Erica is an accomplished operations and client services leader with more than 13 years of experience optimizing performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving strategic growth. She is known for building high-performing teams, improving organizational efficiency, and fostering collaborations across departments to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Before joining SellingInnovations, Erica held senior leadership roles overseeing operations, customer success, and strategic initiatives for national client portfolios. Her work consistently resulted in stronger partnerships, measurable growth, and improved client satisfaction.
Erica holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and Business from University of Iowa. Outside of work, she is enjoys reading, cheering at her children’s activities, and fostering rescue dogs — or rather failing at fostering dogs as they tend to become permanent family members.
