With more than 18 years of experience in consulting, sales, and sales leadership, Will Cottrell has built a career helping organizations drive sustainable, profitable growth. He began his career with CEB, where he played a key role in building and scaling the firm’s Sales Consulting practice—ultimately acquired by Gartner and later spun out into Challenger Inc. During this time, Will held client delivery, sales, and leadership roles focused on helping technology companies improve their commercial execution.
Following his success at CEB and Challenger, Will went on to hold senior sales leadership roles at OneTrust and Sourcepoint, leading teams through periods of rapid growth in the evolving data privacy market. Across all of his roles, he’s been recognized for his ability to align go-to-market strategy with execution and to develop high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
Will holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and resides with his family in Richmond, VA.
