If you’ve read the JOLT Effect or any of our other books and research, you know that we don’t do simple surveys. We leverage data on seller behavior and outcome variables to conduct rigorous data analysis. Two reasons that matters - first is that we know we’re solving for the true root cause of the problem. The second is that it’s not our opinion - our models are based on what drives high performance.
