Jerome has more than thirty years of experience working with enterprise sales teams in the automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, and retail industries. In his career, he has helped senior sales leaders identify opportunities to align their sales strategies with evolving market demands. His approach emphasizes the importance of sellers engaging prospects and customers with insight, connecting them to expertise and knowledge relevant to their business situation, and helping them make confident purchasing and investment decisions which lead to improved business performance. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to his work with SellingInnovations, he has been a certified Challenger facilitator for more than ten years. He was a featured speaker in a Challenger webinar and has been highlighted in a well-regarded video book on Challenger Selling.
In his personal time Jerome is an accomplished photographer of shorebirds and wading birds and owns a growing collection of Nikon film cameras. He resides near Cincinnati, Ohio.
