Katarina Coppé is a multi-lingual facilitator with over 25 years of international experience in sales, HR consulting, commercial enablement, and learning and development. At CEB and Gartner, she worked with leading-edge research in sales and HR, applying and testing best practices across diverse audiences and industries. She has led the development of go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and digital product innovations for national and international organizations in different industries. Certified in several sales methodologies (e.g. Challenger™ and Miller Heiman™), Katarina specializes in driving behavioral change in B2B Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to accelerate both people and business growth.
In 2025, she published a book Customer Improvement Selling: Unlocking Commercial Potential in Technical Experts, which offers practical strategies rooted in behavioral science, commercial best practices, and her own global research to help technical professionals enhance their commercial impact. Katarina is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Welliba, a technology and insights provider that won the global UNLEASH Startup Award in 2024.
