Leigh Ann leads Client Development at SellingInnovations, partnering with organizations to drive commercial growth and strengthen performance across their teams. With over 25 years of experience at CEB, Gartner, and MindGym, she has built a career helping leadership teams translate complex business priorities into clear, actionable strategies.

Leigh Ann works closely with C-suite leaders to align on strategic priorities, shape investment decisions, and strengthen the talent and capabilities needed to accelerate critical initiatives. At MindGym, she led multi-million dollar enterprise partnerships focused on large-scale culture and performance transformation, with an emphasis on behavior change.

Leigh Ann holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Communications from Roanoke College. She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband, three children, and chocolate lab.
