Scott Peterson is the Founder of Carver Peterson Consulting and author of Beyond the Founder Rainmaker: Build Your Blue Chip Sales Strategy. With 25+ years of experience in sales, management & leadership, Scott has a proven track record of helping organizations build more disciplined, scalable, and high-performing sales teams.
Scott's career includes over a decade with a privately held company that scaled to 8,000+ employees and $7 billion in revenue — a demanding, high-growth environment that sharpened his instincts across sales strategy, process, structure, and management. He founded Carver Peterson Consulting in 2014, where he partners with leadership teams to install the systems, rigor, and discipline needed to compete and win.
Scott brings the credibility of an active practitioner and the perspective gained from working across a range of industries and organizations, while remaining open-minded, thoughtful, and collaborative. He earned his degree from Oregon State University, where he walked on to the Men's Basketball team. Scott is based in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
